* **Position Objective**
Provide support in implementing and improving the Integrated Management System by conducting information gathering, inspections, follow-up on corrective actions, and verification of compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and legal requirements—contributing to the orderly execution of organizational processes in accordance with established guidelines.
* **Profile Requirements**
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the industrial, construction, or metallurgical sectors.
* **Education:** Degree holder or Bachelor’s graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Safety and Environmental Engineering, or related fields.

* **Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct structured interviews with area heads or suppliers to identify the actual status of their processes relative to standardization.
* Gather specific and technical on-site information required for the department to draft documents aligned with industry realities.
* Continuously monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions identified during the initial diagnostic phase.
* Conduct field inspections to verify that records and implementations comply with planned requirements.
* Ensure proper maintenance of control records in operational areas.
* Directly collaborate in drafting technical procedures and instructional documents, incorporating observed field realities to ensure document applicability.
* Assist the Specialist in delivering specialized training sessions and lead operational technical talks.
* Collaborate in drafting technical diagnostic reports and internal audit reports to ensure local suppliers maintain company-mandated standards.
* Support preparation of monthly and weekly reports for presentation.
* Conduct technical inspection visits to verify compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Prepare findings reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on action plans and closure of observations.
