We are currently seeking to hire a **Distribution Operator** who wishes to grow professionally and contribute to our mission of delivering health and improving people's quality of life. **What will be your purpose?** Transport and deliver finished products to company customers in accordance with our quality management system guidelines. **What are we looking for?** ✔ Completed secondary education. ✔ 6 months of experience in similar positions. ✔ Availability to work in Ate. **How will you contribute to the team?** * Verify that the quantity and condition of packaging boxes destined for provincial areas match those indicated on the delivery guide. * Verify that products destined for Lima customers match those indicated on the delivery guide, validating product, quantity, and batch prior to delivery. * Load and unload merchandise boxes onto the distribution vehicle in an orderly and safe manner, ensuring proper handling during transport. * Receive and safeguard cash payments for orders made on a cash-on-delivery basis, rendering such funds according to company-established procedures. * Deliver products to recipients, jointly verifying conformity with the person responsible for receipt; applying the same procedure for shipments to provincial areas. * Verify that delivery guides or other documentation supporting product receipt are properly signed and stamped by the customer. * Ensure and safeguard products during transit and at the time of delivery. * Ensure and safeguard merchandise during transit, adhering to necessary good distribution and transportation practices to preserve its integrity until delivery to the customer. **What will you find at Elifarma?** ✔ Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. ✔ Subsidized meals covering 60% of the cost on office working days. ✔ Half-day off on your birthday. ✔ Corporate and educational partnership agreements. ✔ Continuous training and learning opportunities. ✔ Professional development opportunities. ✔ A collaborative environment where we value ideas and teamwork.
