Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack .NET/React Developer to join technology solution development and evolution projects, actively participating in the design, construction, and continuous improvement of modern applications. Key Highlights: 1. Design, develop, and maintain new and existing solutions. 2. Implement and lead the adoption of development best practices. 3. Propose and innovate on applicable tools and frameworks. We are looking for a **Full Stack .NET/React Developer** to join internal technology solution development and evolution projects. The role will actively participate in the design, construction, and continuous improvement of modern applications, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and development best practices. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain new and existing solutions within the organization. * Implement and lead the adoption of best practices in solution development. * Develop reusable components, including libraries, DLLs, and utilities. * Implement integration components such as APIs, message queues, and SDKs. * Propose and innovate on tools and frameworks applicable to new and existing solutions. * Refactor code and fix identified bugs, adhering to development best practices. * Document code, technical processes, and implemented solutions. **Requirements** * 3 years of full stack development experience using .NET and React. * Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience with design patterns. * Experience with cloud services, especially AWS. * .NET 9, with experience in microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dapper. * Advanced React, including React 18, Redux, Axios, TanStack, Zustand, and Tailwind. * Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Development of REST and GraphQL APIs, with authentication and authorization via JWT and OAuth2\. * Proficiency with Git and experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Work Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site for the first month, then hybrid (San Borja). * Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Team-based work environment.
