We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to act as the key technology partner (**Business Partner**) responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of **Supply Chain** applications. * You will **lead** from conception and deployment through optimization and maintenance of critical solutions. * You will **advise** business leaders (BAU) on end-to-end process improvement and emerging technology needs. * You will **design solutions**, challenging vendor proposals to ensure the highest quality standards. * You will **manage comprehensively** budgets, contracts, licenses, and strategic relationships with IT service providers. * You will **ensure success** in executions and deployments, guaranteeing test case quality in strategic environments. **What are we looking for in you?** **Technical Competencies:** * **SAP Ecosystem:** Expert-level mastery of **SAP S/4HANA** focused on Supply Chain. * **Specialization:** Minimum **4 years of solid experience** in demand and production planning modules using **SAP IBP**. * **Implementations:** Participation in at least 2 SAP implementation projects (supply-side focus). * **Languages:** Logical understanding of **ABAP** for effective communication with development teams. * **Methodologies:** Experience in hybrid environments (**Agile \& Waterfall**). * **Governance:** Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and best practices in governance (**ISO 27000 or COBIT**). * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. * Effective and assertive communication for stakeholder management. * Negotiation and vendor management skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. **What do we offer?** * **Real Impact:** Participation in strategic digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * **Growth:** Career path based on your performance and seniority within a high-expectation environment. * **Feedback Culture:** Close mentoring and continuous learning across end-to-end Supply Chain processes. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real experience?** We are not just seeking a technical consultant—we seek a leader capable of understanding code and redesigning business processes.
