We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to lead the full lifecycle of **Supply Chain** applications, ensuring maximum performance and functional integrity. You will serve as the strategic partner to business leaders in enabling cutting-edge technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategically lead the SAP application lifecycle—from conception and deployment through optimization. * Advise business leaders (BAU) by proposing continuous improvements based on technological evolution. * Ensure quality and design by validating technical/functional proposals and guaranteeing compliance with corporate standards. * Manage high-level initiatives, evaluating end-to-end processes and challenging external vendor solutions. * Govern the front office—overseeing budgets, service contracts, licenses, and audit processes. * Coordinate operational continuity—managing critical incidents and mitigating IT risks. **What are we looking for?** **Technical Competencies:** * **SAP Ecosystem:** Functional specialization in **SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain**. * **Critical Modules:** Expert-level proficiency in **SAP PP** (Production) and **SAP QM** (Quality). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of experience in SAP PP/QM, including participation in at least **2 implementation projects** and strategic initiatives. * **Functional Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of Production, Quality Management, and Maintenance processes. * **Tools & Methodologies:** Basic knowledge of **ABAP**, familiarity with **Agile and Waterfall** methodologies, and best practices in IT (**ISO 27000 or COBIT**). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems. * Effective, assertive communication and strong **negotiation** skills. * Proactivity, dynamism, and strong commitment to teamwork. **What do we offer?** * **Real Impact:** Participation in strategic digital transformation projects. * **Growth:** Career path aligned with your performance and seniority in a **Lead / Specialist** environment. * **Culture of Excellence:** Close mentoring and a results-oriented environment. * **Specialized Assignment:** Contract under **Staffing / Staff Augmentation** model. * **Flexibility:** Hybrid work arrangement adapted to project management requirements. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real leadership?** We’re not just looking for a consultant—we seek a strategist capable of challenging the status quo and safeguarding operational model integrity.
