Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered lawyer specialized in judicial collection of AFP portfolio to manage cases, prepare appeals, and represent clients. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized in judicial collection of AFP portfolio 2. Case management and preparation of appeals 3. Representation of clients at hearings and oral reports REQUIREMENTS Licensed and registered lawyer. Specialized in judicial collection, especially AFP portfolio. Experience handling cases in courts. Preparation of nullity appeals. Keeping cases updated until the desired outcome is achieved. Representing our clients at hearings and oral reports. Reporting lines indicating the immediate supervisor. Proficiency in Excel and Word. WORK MODE: On-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
