An Industrial sector company is looking for a Junior Lawyer. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting contracts, amendments, and legal documents for various business units * Coordinating and tracking processes with notaries, public registries, and regulatory authorities. * Monitoring litigation and coordinating with external law firms and internal departments. * Reviewing and reporting relevant legal changes affecting operations. * Training teams on regulatory compliance and consumer protection. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered lawyer. * Experience working in a law firm. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge / experience in administrative law. * Willingness to travel within the country (occasionally).
