We are seeking a **Junior Attorney** for our San Isidro office, whose mission is to develop and implement effective judicial and extrajudicial strategies, as well as carry out legal actions, for recovering debt from the assigned portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Review service of process documents and deadlines. * Prepare case reports, procedural status reports, and recovery projections. * Draft procedural motions and other legal documents. * Develop judicial strategies tailored to each case. * Draft complaints and provisional measures. * Respond to queries from the collections department regarding debtors' procedural status and address other requests. * Draft and/or review notarial letters addressed to debtors. * Register new cases and/or update procedural statuses, and follow up accordingly. * Attend extrajudicial conciliation centers and judicial hearings. * Supervise and coordinate with the legal intern regarding process progress. \- Attend scheduled meetings with the client. * Attend eviction proceedings, asset repossession (leasing), and other related proceedings. * Conduct court-related procedures. Requirements: * Law degree. * Specialization in Civil Procedural Law. * Minimum 3 years of experience handling civil procedural matters. * Proficiency in judicial platforms. * Intermediate-level MS Office skills.
