Currently, we are looking for an **Academic Coordinator** who wants to lead and strengthen our academic processes, contributing to the development of an exceptional educational experience. What will be your mission? Coordinate and supervise the execution of academic processes, ensuring adherence to planning, teacher support, educational quality, and continuous improvement of our programs. What are we looking for? University graduate in Education, Educational Management, Administration, Educational Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in academic coordination or management. Experience leading or coordinating teaching teams. Proficiency with educational platforms (LMS), Google Workspace, and digital tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate academic scheduling and adherence to the calendar. Supervise teaching team performance and support. Monitor syllabus and academic objective implementation. Resolve academic and operational incidents. Monitor metrics and prepare management reports. Coordinate with various departments to ensure an excellent educational experience. Promote initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement. What we offer Work mode: Remote. Schedule: Full-time (48 hours per week), Monday to Saturday, within the time range of **8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.**, as scheduled.
