Requirements: \-Bachelor's degree or Licentiate degree in International Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. \-Mandatory direct customer service experience, including reporting operation status via telephone, email, and dashboards. \-Knowledge of customs regulations, customs regimes, and Incoterms. \-Knowledge of tariff classifications, customs valuation, treaties, agreements, and others. \-Proficiency in the SINTAD customs system. \-Availability to work in the district of Magdalena del Mar. \-Required experience: minimum 2 years.
