Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and/or registered accountant with strong organizational skills to manage the accounting and tax obligations of multiple companies, demonstrating orderliness, analytical ability, and expertise in multi-company management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages comprehensive accounting and tax obligations for multiple companies. 2. Prepares financial statements and management reports for senior management. 3. Supervises payroll calculation and social benefits. We seek a Licensed and/or Registered Accountant with strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage the accounting and tax obligations of our portfolio of companies. If you are orderly, analytical, and proficient in multi-company management, this position is for you! **What will you do with us?** * **Comprehensive Accounting:** Maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and controls for several companies concurrently. * **Taxes and SUNAT:** Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME, SIRE). * **Financial Statements:** Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and management reports for senior management. * **Payroll:** Supervise payroll calculation and social benefits. **What are we looking for?** * **Degree and Registration:** Graduated, licensed, and/or publicly registered accountant with active professional license. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles, with proven experience managing multiple companies simultaneously (accounting firms or corporations). * **Systems:** Proficiency in accounting software (CONCAR, SISCONT or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of tax and labor legislation. **Your key skills** * Impeccable organization and ability to handle pressure during closing periods. * Attention to detail and focus on numerical accuracy. * Clear communication for reporting to senior management.
