High analytical ability and organizational skills We are looking for an Accountant with experience in the real estate sector, results-oriented, and possessing solid knowledge of accounting and tax management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector * Knowledge of Peruvian taxation (IGV, income tax, withholding taxes, etc.) * Revenue recognition for real estate sales * Project-based costs for real estate developments * Proficiency in accounting systems (CONCAR, SISCONT, or others) * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * High analytical ability and organizational skills **Responsibilities** * Record and analyze the company’s accounting transactions * Monitor and track revenue from land sales * Prepare financial statements * File monthly and annual tax returns (PDT, IGV, Income Tax) * Monitor project-based costs for real estate developments * Perform bank reconciliations * Coordinate with Sales and Legal departments * Prepare management reports * Ensure compliance with SUNAT obligations **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning * Financial analysis * Accountability * Teamwork * Attention to detail Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions within the same sector?
