Management of payroll (civil construction regime) We are seeking an accounting professional with solid experience in the construction and real estate sector, capable of comprehensively managing the company's accounting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial and tax advisory services. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting. * Experience in the **construction and real estate sector**. * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT, SUNARP). * Payroll management (civil construction regime). * Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Experience in preparing financial statements and accounting analysis. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain complete company accounting (recording, analysis, and closing). * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Manage and supervise **employee payroll**, including social benefits and labor compliance. * Provide accounting, tax, and financial advisory services to management. * Coordinate with authorities such as SUNAT and SUNARP when necessary. * Propose improvements to accounting and administrative processes. **Competencies:** * Numerical analysis and strategic thinking. * Organization, responsibility, and confidentiality. * Proactivity and advisory capability. * Clear communication with operational and managerial departments.
