




Position Summary: This role involves comprehensive accounting, tax, administrative, financial, documentation, logistical, and HR support for internal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive accounting and tax management. 2. Key operational administrative and financial support. 3. Essential document organization and traceability. * Accounting and tax support management, including receipt, review, classification, and filing of payment vouchers, invoices, professional service receipts, sales receipts, credit notes, debit notes, certificates, supporting documents, and other documents related to revenues, expenses, purchases, services, and internal operations of MAPA INGENIEROS S.A.C. * Operational administrative and financial management, including preparation, updating, and monitoring of accounts payable matrices, accounts receivable matrices, scheduled payments, pending collections, administrative obligations, bank transactions, revenue reconciliation, timely alerts regarding due dates, pending payments, delayed collections, unsupported advances, and documentary discrepancies. * Internal document management, archiving, and traceability: organizing, maintaining, and updating the company's physical and digital archives, applying criteria of order, coding, classification by period, client, project, supplier, document type, cost center, and internal responsible party. * Logistics, supplier, and project support: systematizing quotations, comparative tables, purchases, service orders, materials, transportation, tools and equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), supplies, external services, and other resources. * Administrative personnel support and internal compliance: this function includes assistance with employee data sheets, onboarding documents, certificates, insurance, SCTR, attendance records, declarations, annexes, confidentiality agreements, authorization for personal data processing, and applicable internal documents.
