




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with an accounting background to support administrative, financial, and accounting activities, contributing to the internal management control. Positive work environment IM \& RA CORE BUSINESS S.A.C. is looking for an Administrative Assistant with an accounting background to support the company’s administrative, financial, and accounting activities, thereby contributing to effective internal management control. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Administrative Management Support * Organization and archiving of administrative and accounting documentation. * Control and registration of company documents (contracts, receipts, service orders, etc.). * Coordination with suppliers and support for internal administrative tasks. 2\. Collection Management and Follow-up * Monitoring of issued invoices and accounts receivable control. * Coordination with clients regarding payment scheduling. * Preparation of collection status reports and updating of records. 3\. Budget Preparation and Control * Support in preparing budgets for services or projects. * Recording and controlling expenses related to administrative activities or projects. * Monitoring budget compliance and preparing control reports. 4\. Accounting Process Support * Organizing and preparing documentation for the accounting department. * Recording and controlling payment vouchers (invoices, professional fee receipts, sales slips, etc.). * Supporting reconciliation of accounting and administrative information. 5\. Administrative Reporting * Preparing income, expense, and administrative flow reports. * Supporting preparation of reports for management. * Updating internal control databases and records. 6\. Other Support Functions * Supporting administrative coordination related to company projects. * Assisting with administrative procedures before government agencies or suppliers when required. * Performing other administrative and accounting support functions as assigned. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Accounting. * Prior experience in administrative and/or accounting roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative management. * Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Organized, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team.
