With over 6 years of experience and cultivation operations in Jayanca and Huaral, Grupo Baleno is expanding its finance team. **Location:** Los Olivos \- Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Requirements:** * Accounting students from the 7th semester onward, or graduates/bachelor's degree holders in Accounting. * English proficiency at intermediate \- advanced level. * Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Preferred: 1 to 2 years of experience in treasury or accounting departments of multi-entity companies. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Document review: petty cash, services, payroll, invoices, and promissory notes. * Updating and managing the supplier payment process. * Reviewing monthly invoices to ensure accurate reporting to SUNAT. * Coordinating with suppliers regarding invoices, service receipts (RxH), and self-withholdings. * Issuing shipping guides and invoices. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,500 per month. * First 3 months under Service Receipt (RxH) arrangement; subsequent transition to formal payroll employment. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Excellent working environment. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional growth.
