Solid foundation in basic labor legislation and treasury management At Scouter, we are currently searching for an Accounting Assistant for a business consortium with two legal entities, aiming to strengthen its accounting–financial area. **What challenges will you face?** * Recording electronic supplier invoices in the Odoo system * Recording retention and perception vouchers * Entering bank transactions (soles and dollars) * Bank reconciliations * Petty cash management * Administrative\-accounting process support * Document filing and control for the department * Preparation of tax settlements * Cross-checking information with SIRE – SUNAT * Submission of monthly reports (SUNAT and INEI) * Analysis of accounting accounts for monthly financial statements (EEFF) * Other duties assigned by management **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Graduate in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in similar roles. * Experience with accounting systems (Odoo proficiency preferred but not mandatory) * Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge: Solid foundation in basic labor legislation and treasury management. **What do we offer?** * Employment regime: Enrollment under the General Payroll Regime * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. * Location: 100% on-site in San Isidro.
