




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide support to the administrative department, with a focus on the company's accounting functions, including recording transactions, generating reports, and preparing tax filings. Preparation of monthly tax returns and reports We are seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to support the administrative department with a focus on the company's accounting functions. Administrator-level proficiency in ERP Starsoft is highly relevant. **Job Responsibilities:** * Accounting entries for purchases, sales, petty cash, bank accounts, payroll, journal vouchers, and accounting adjustments; taxes and tax obligations — all performed within the ERP Starsoft system * Generation of accounting and financial reports from Starsoft * Preparation of monthly tax returns: IGV, withholding taxes, PLAME, PDT, AFP, and others * Control and archiving of accounting and tax-related documents * Coordination with HR for issuing pay slips and certificates * Generation of subsidiary ledger reports by supplier, customer, and accounting account * Verification of sequential numbering and consistency of records * Coordination with other departments to obtain pending information required for accounting entries **Job Profile:** \- Strong communication skills and experience working under pressure. \- Proactive individual with initiative and motivation to work. **Requirements:** \- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related technical/professional programs. \- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. \- Basic English proficiency. \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint. \- Residency in Ate or nearby districts (preferred). \- ERP Starsoft proficiency (mandatory).
