Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team, providing key support for decision-making in our hotel and agro-industrial sectors. Key Highlights: 1. We take great pride in delivering unique experiences and producing the highest-quality Peruvian fruit. **Do you want to join our team?** Participate in our selection process and become our **Accounting Assistant** at our office in Miraflores. **What are the application requirements?** * University graduate (completed degree and/or bachelor's degree) in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) – charts, pivot tables, data organization. * Experience with accounting systems: SISCONT, CONCAR, etc. (preferred). * Experience working in companies within the same industry or similar industries (preferred). * Availability to work in Miraflores. **What will be your mission?** Provide accounting support to facilitate decision-making at the hotel and agricultural estate. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Recording of purchases and sales. * Bank transaction recording and bank reconciliations. * Recording in the Electronic Ledger (PLE), SIRE system, and monthly PDT 621\. * Payroll calculation for employees and PLAME \- PDT 601\ filing. * Calculation for AFP NET filing and settlement of social benefits. * Account analysis, as assigned. * Support to treasury and tax settlement activities. * Compliance with all company-established procedures and policies. * Other related duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a growing company operating in the hotel and agro-industrial sectors. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
