Job Summary: Supports daily accounting operations, tax and payroll support, and monthly financial closing for a growing industrial group. Key Highlights: 1. Willingness to learn cost accounting and finance topics An industrial group with over 10 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in industrial waste treatment and, in its second business line, manufacturing of industrial plastic packaging. Main Responsibilities **Accounting Recording** * Daily recording of accounting transactions (purchases, sales, banking) for RECPER and Polymet * Monthly bank reconciliations * Supporting fixed asset recording and control **Tax and Payroll Support** * Preparing and organizing necessary information for the General Accountant to file tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, electronic ledgers) * Assisting in collecting information for payroll calculation and PLAME filing * Safeguarding and maintaining archived documentation supporting accounting, tax, and labor-related transactions **Financial Closing** * Supporting monthly financial closing by preparing reports and supporting schedules as requested by the General Accountant * Keeping subsidiary ledgers up to date (accounts receivable, accounts payable) Requirements * Bachelor’s degree, recent graduate, or final-year student in Accounting * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferably in companies with more than one RUC) * Proficiency in accounting software (specify the system used by the company, if applicable) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas) * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Desired Skills * Willingness to learn cost accounting and finance topics, with potential for growth within the department * Teamwork capability and direct reporting to a single department head We Offer * Direct learning opportunity with a Finance-Oriented General Accountant * Opportunity for growth within the department as the company scales Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
