Job Summary: Finance professional to lead financial, accounting, and administrative management, supervise budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Budget formulation and control for mining projects REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate professional in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience**, including at least **3 years in similar positions** within the mining, energy, or industrial sectors. * Solid knowledge of **financial management, budgeting, treasury, cost accounting, internal control, and taxation**. * Proficiency in **IFRS**, labor legislation, and tax regulations. * Experience in preparation and analysis of **consolidated financial statements**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred). * Leadership ability, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to travel or work in remote camps, if required by the position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the organization's financial, accounting, administrative, and budgetary management. * Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with tax obligations. * Formulate and control the company's overall budget and budgets for mining projects. * Manage treasury operations, cash flow, debt, and banking relationships. * Ensure compliance with accounting, legal, and corporate regulations. * Design and implement administrative and financial policies aligned with strategic objectives. * Supervise the accounting, administrative, and finance teams. * Support General Management in strategic and financial decision-making.
