If you are organized, solution-oriented, and skilled at leading teams, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations (dining room, kitchen, and cashier). * Ensure compliance with service, quality, and customer service standards. * Manage and control revenue, expenses, and cash reconciliation. * Coordinate with the kitchen regarding product availability and supply. * Manage online ordering platforms (Rappi, PedidosYa, restaurante.pe, etc.). * Monitor inventory, costs, and procurement from suppliers. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the workforce (dining room and kitchen). * Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and performance. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal policies. * Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and cash handling. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (preferred). * Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions. * Availability to cover 3 openings and 3 closings per week. * Schedule: 7 \- 4 pm and 4 pm \- 12 midnight **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive work environment. * Meals provided during shifts. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
