




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic Administration and Finance Manager with a strong track record to plan, direct, and oversee financial, accounting, and administrative management. We seek a strategic **Administration and Finance Manager**, with a solid background in the financial sector and a comprehensive business vision. In this senior management role, you will be ultimately responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the institution’s financial, accounting, budgetary, and administrative management. Your primary objective will be to ensure the organization’s profitability, financial soundness, and operational efficiency—leading budgetary decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring strict compliance with current regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * **Financial and Strategic Planning:** Design, execute, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans aligned with the institution’s growth and profitability objectives. * **Budget Management and Cost Control:** Lead the development of the company’s annual budget and supervise its execution, implementing strategies for expenditure optimization and control. * **Treasury and Capital Management:** Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, financing strategies, and relationships with banks, investors, and international correspondents. * **Accounting and Tax Supervision:** Guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, and transparency of the company’s financial statements, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax obligations. * **Regulatory and Governance Reporting:** Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and accounting information required by sector regulators (e.g., SBS, SMV, SUNAT). * **Administrative Management:** Supervise the business’s administrative processes, including corporate procurement, fixed asset control, infrastructure management, and negotiations with strategic suppliers. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualifications:** Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Management, or Risk Management is mandatory. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years leading finance departments as Administration and Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer, or Finance Manager in banks, financial institutions, municipal savings banks, insurance companies, or large-scale regulated fintechs. * **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of Peruvian financial system legislation, SBS regulations, and tax regulations. Expert-level proficiency in investment project evaluation, financial modeling, and liquidity and market risk management. Advanced experience managing corporate ERP systems (SAP FI/CO modules, Oracle, or similar). * **Competencies:** Transformational leadership, business acumen with a data-analytical focus, high-level executive negotiation skills, impeccable ethical judgment, and strategic decision-making under high-pressure environments.
