Main Responsibilities: * Maintain daily control of income, expenses, and cash flow. * Record and supervise all payments to workshops, suppliers, and staff. * Manage weekly salary disbursements. * Prepare clear reports on profits, losses, and profitability. * Control inventory, stock valuation, and discrepancies between warehouse and stores. * Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Review margins, production costs, and operating expenses. * Assist in defining salaries, budgets, and financial projections. * Keep all administrative and accounting documents well-organized. * Coordinate with management to make financial decisions based on real data. Candidate Profile We Seek We seek a person with sound judgment, responsibility, and the ability to take charge of the administrative area. Prior experience in cash handling, inventory management, payments, cost control, and financial reporting is required. Experience in commercial enterprises, retail, garment manufacturing, fashion, or workshops is especially valued.
