Key responsibilities include: * **Document management**: Maintaining personnel files and documentation (contracts, personnel files, payroll records, etc.). * **Attendance control**: Recording and verifying employee attendance, absences, vacations, and leave requests. * **Recruitment process support**: Assisting with job posting, coordinating interviews, and managing the candidate database. * **Employee onboarding and offboarding**: Managing employee registrations and deregistrations with social security and other employment-related procedures. * **Training and development**: Assisting in organizing training courses and staff development activities. * **Employee assistance**: Addressing employee inquiries regarding work-related matters such as schedules, vacations, salaries, etc. * **Payroll support**: Collaborating on payroll calculation and review, bonuses, and deductions.
