An ideal opportunity for students wishing to gain real-world administrative experience within a dynamic and well-organized environment. **JOB DESCRIPTION** As an **Administrative Intern**, you will support the administrative department in registering, organizing, and controlling the company's internal information. You will actively participate in billing processes, document control, file management, payment tracking, and administrative support tasks for the commercial, logistics, and accounting teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in the **registration and control of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers**. * Organization and tracking of **internal documentation** (purchase orders, shipping guides, contracts, etc.). * Support in preparing **reports** for expense control and payment flow. * Coordination with the accounting department for document submission and control. * Support in **physical and digital archiving** of administrative documentation. * Tracking of pending payments and internal system orders. * Other administrative tasks related to the commercial and operational areas. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE * Student in the final cycles of **Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineering, or related fields**. * Proactivity, organization, and responsibility. * Proficiency in Excel and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive). * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment. * Preferred: basic knowledge of document management and administrative workflows.
