




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with accounting or financial knowledge to lead Human Resources and Accounting teams and handle tax preparation and accounting records. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Human Resources and Accounting teams. 2. Extensive experience in tax preparation and accounting records. 3. Financial statement analysis and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources Management * Advanced Excel proficiency **Job Description:** **Responsibilities** * Lead the **Human Resources and Accounting team.** * Prepare monthly PLAME; prepare Monthly Tax Settlements. * Record payroll, vacation, bonus, and CTS accruals on a monthly basis. * Record monthly accruals as applicable. * Review cash reimbursement documents from various departments. (accounting documents: invoices, sales receipts, payment receipts). * Receive and review payment vouchers. * Record income and expense entries in the Accounting System. * Prepare/validate the Monthly Bank Reconciliation. * Conduct analysis of Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, and Income Statements for issuance. * Stay updated on changes in labor laws. * Lead the Recruitment and Selection team. * Process supplier payments and payroll. ***Benefits and Additional Information:*** * Pleasant work environment. * Training program. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday: 09:00am \- 06:00pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
