




Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to support collections and payment tracking, communication with associates, and administrative organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in collections management and payment follow-up 2. Communication and coordination with associates 3. Administrative organization and management **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university education, preferably in Administration or Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Customer service experience. * Intermediate Excel (mandatory) **Main Responsibilities:** * Support validation and follow-up of bulk uploads in collection systems and actual charge entries. * Record payments made by associates via platforms or bank collection systems to keep the collections system updated on a daily basis. * Conduct communications and coordination with associates regarding unprocessed charges. * Support collections follow-up by sending emails and making telephone calls, according to the list of delinquent associates. * Support collections follow-up by drafting, issuing, and managing payment demand letters for associates in arrears. * Manage dispatch of signed payment demand letters issued by responsible authorities (General Manager, Treasurer, or Secretary Director), depending on the associate's level of delinquency. * Prepare and provide account statements upon request from associates. * Support organization and management of shared digital files for the Collections Department. * Assist in handling and routing incoming calls and emails, forwarding requests to the relevant department. * Support organization by receiving, sorting, registering, and delivering correspondence sent to the Club’s administrative headquarters. * Support maintenance and control of the office supplies inventory at the Club’s administrative headquarters. * Other duties assigned by the Collections Coordination or the Administration and Finance Management. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM Work Location: San Isidro **Skills or Competencies:** Personal Domain: · Responsibility. · Ability to listen and understand.
