




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with warehouse experience to coordinate virtual vouchers, manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth material flow. Requirements: * Final years of a degree in Administration or related field * Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience * Intermediate Office skills and ERP system knowledge * Residence in areas adjacent to Comas Responsibilities: * Generate, coordinate, and process virtual vouchers for various company departments * Track purchase or service orders for supplying different departments and company projects * Receive, attend to, and liaise with suppliers * Issue shipping guides for material transportation to project sites in Piura, Pisco, Chiclayo, and Cañete * Issue internal guides for material dispatch from various company departments * Direct participation in material handling * Perform picking of materials to fulfill virtual warehouse vouchers for telecommunications * Enter shipping guides or other telecommunications warehouse documents into the ERP system * Maintain order and cleanliness; monitor and control compliance with ERP warehouse workflow processes across regional warehouses * Conduct training and advisory sessions for regional warehouse supervisors on ERP system usage * Support inventory execution across company warehouses * Submit daily reports on supplier material arrivals at the warehouse * Other duties as assigned by management Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM–5:00 PM / Saturdays, 7:20 AM–1:00 PM **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
