




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Purchasing Assistant to manage orders, suppliers, and support administrative functions within the procurement department of an international business group. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **ADMINISTRATIVE PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **✅ REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 6 months in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). **⚡ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs) in the system according to approved requests. * Verify that requests have budgetary approval and appropriate supporting documentation. * Validate prices, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and payment methods prior to order issuance. * Send orders to suppliers and follow up on their confirmation. * Maintain updated records and control of issued orders. * Manage the supplier qualification process, collecting and validating required documentation. * Update and maintain the supplier master file in the system. * Support supplier performance evaluation and monitoring. * Assist in drafting, controlling, and archiving supplier contracts. * Track contract validity periods and issue alerts regarding expirations or renewals. * Organize and maintain the department’s physical and digital filing system. * Prepare administrative reports and comparative charts as required. * Comply with internal procurement procedures and policies. **We look forward to welcoming you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your expected salary? * What is your availability? * How many years of experience do you have managing procurement processes? * In which district do you reside?
