Optimize development processes using generative AI applied to software We are looking for a professional who can help us empower software development through AI tools. **Key Requirements:** * +5 years of experience in software development * +2 years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or others) * Backend experience (Java, Node.js, or Python) * Frontend experience (React, Angular, or similar) * Knowledge of DDD, microservices, or layered architecture * Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and build development agents with GitHub Copilot * Automate backend and frontend code generation * Create prompts and configurations for automatic component generation * Integrate agents into pipelines and development workflows * Optimize development processes using generative AI applied to software **Employment Conditions:** * Work Mode: Remote (with willingness to attend the office for specific matters) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * Contracts: Renewable Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.7,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Indicate years of experience as a Backend Developer * Indicate years of experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development * Preferred: Do you have experience in the Banking sector? * Indicate your availability to start work: 1 (immediately) – 2 (within 1 week) – 3 (within 2 weeks) * Indicate years of experience as a Frontend Developer * Indicate years of experience creating agents with Copilot * Indicate your salary expectation (on payroll) Work Location: Remote employment
