Job Summary: We are seeking masonry workers for civil construction, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair tasks. 2. Collaborate in cleaning and organizing work areas. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all tasks. We are currently seeking new talent for the position: **MASONRY WORKERS** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair tasks according to company needs. * Help prepare and manage materials and tools for assigned tasks. * Collaborate in cleaning and organizing work areas. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all performed tasks. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in executing civil construction tasks under supervision of responsible personnel. * Prepare and organize materials and tools for construction tasks, including foundations, masonry, and finishing work. * Transport and handle construction materials according to instructions received. * Assist in preventive inspection and diagnosis of sanitary installations and infrastructure systems. * Support repair of water leaks, drain pipe blockages, and other sanitary issues under supervision of the assigned operator. * Request and receive necessary tools and materials for tasks, following team instructions. * Organize and maintain proper storage of materials and tools, ensuring availability and efficient use. * Work collaboratively with general services staff and other departments to ensure correct project execution and repairs. * Communicate effectively with users and team members regarding progress and any issues arising during tasks. * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. * Clean tools and equipment after each use and ensure everything is returned to its proper place. * Follow industrial safety regulations for all tasks performed, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Report any situation that may pose a safety risk in the work area. **WE OFFER** * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits (MYPE Regime) * Biweekly payments * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Availability for rotating shifts) * Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/ 2,200\.00 per month Salary: Starting from S/.2,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
