Requirements * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in collections and billing. * Experience in companies within the **telecommunications** sector. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Responsibilities * Manage and monitor the client portfolio. * Execute the collections process and ensure timely payment recovery. * Issue and control client invoicing. * Prepare collections reports and management indicators. * Coordinate with relevant departments for payment regularization and incident resolution. * Maintain up-to-date client portfolio information.
