Responsibilities: Receiving purchase requisitions Requesting quotations Comparing prices and suppliers Negotiating prices and commercial terms Issuing purchase orders Tracking purchase orders Coordinating deliveries Stock control and replenishment Supplier evaluation Sourcing new suppliers Recording purchases in the system Reviewing invoices and documentation Purchase cost control Preparing procurement reports Tracking supplier payments Coordinating with warehouse and logistics Resolving supplier-related incidents Analyzing cost savings and profitability Monitoring delivery lead times Procurement documentation management Tracking imports Reviewing Bill of Lading (BL), invoice, and packing list Coordinating with freight forwarders and customs Verifying Incoterms Updating the supplier database.
