Position Summary: We are seeking an HSEQ Analyst to design, implement, and manage quality systems, processes, and internal audits, ensuring continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Establish quality indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement plans 3. Conduct internal audits and manage complaints/claims Our company has 20 years of experience in logistics operations and is located at Antigua Panamericana Sur Km. 29.5 Lurín. We differentiate ourselves by offering customized services in warehousing, transportation, and distribution of our clients' products. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of: HSEQ ANALYST. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Additional studies in Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. * Specialization or courses in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, 5S, Kaizen. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of document control, CAPA, and nonconformance management. * Preferably residing in the southern zone of Lima (not mandatory). JOB FUNCTIONS: * Design and implement the Quality Management System (QMS): quality manual, process map, and document control. * Establish quality indicators (KPIs) and a monitoring dashboard; implement continuous improvement plans (5S, Kaizen, etc.). * Manage customer complaints, claims, and returns (Mercantil and ALPA): registration, formal response, and closure with evidence. * Conduct quarterly internal quality audits and prepare finding reports with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. * Develop, update, and control IMS procedures, standards, and work instructions; maintain the master document matrix. * Maintain and update the Master Matrix of Permits and Expirations (R/A/V traffic light system); issue alerts 60 and 30 days in advance. * Quarterly evaluation of compliance with applicable standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and preparation for ISO 9001 certification. * Coordinate analytical monitoring (water, surfaces, air); conduct 5S inspections; implement the ergonomics program.
