We seek a creative architect proficient in visual representation to join the development of **Amazon City**, a large-scale urban project inspired by nature, Amazonian jungle culture, and immersive experiences. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting, schematic zoning, layout planning, preliminary designs, planimetry, and general details. Mandatory. * Experience in preparing municipal and construction documentation. Mandatory. * Knowledge of reading specialty-specific drawings: electrical (IIEE), plumbing (IISS), mechanical (IIMM), and structural (ACI). Mandatory. * Experience in municipal management and documentation. Mandatory. * Familiarity with the National Building Code (RNE) and construction regulations. (Mandatory) * Ability to **r\*ead and analyze urban development plans (PDU). Mandatory**.\* * Proficiency in 3D modeling using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit. * Experience with rendering engines such as Enscape, D5, V\-Ray, or Corona Render. Desirable**.** * Basic knowledge of urban design and landscape architecture. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for technical document preparation.
