Job Description At **Grupo VAL**, a business group specializing in general services, architecture, construction, and facilities management, we are currently seeking a **Junior Architect** to join our technical team and actively participate in design and construction project execution. We seek a dynamic candidate with interest in hands-on development in real-field projects and technical management. Responsibilities * Development and modification of architectural drawings. * Preparation of quantity take-offs and support in budgeting. * Support in drafting descriptive reports and technical documentation. * Coordination with engineering departments and suppliers. * Supervision and monitoring of on-site work. * Management and support in municipal procedures (licenses, permits, exterior advertising). * Quality control and compliance with technical specifications. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in construction or project execution). * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other modeling software (preferred). * Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and ability to read structural drawings. * Willingness to work on-site.
