Job Summary: An architectural firm is seeking an Architect with experience in developing architectural capacity studies for multi-family buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment CORNEJO \+ FIORINI ARQUITECTOS is an architectural firm specialized in the design of multi-family buildings, and we are currently seeking one (01) Architect to develop architectural capacity studies. Candidates must have a MINIMUM OF ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING ARCHITECTURAL CAPACITY STUDIES FOR MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Development of architectural capacity studies for multi-family housing. REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in CAD and Revit. * Thorough knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE) (highly important) and municipal ordinances. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing architectural capacity studies for multi-family buildings. SKILLS: * Creative, proactive, and committed to work. * High level of integrity and punctuality. * Strong communication skills at all levels.
