Job Summary: We are seeking an architecture professional with experience in design, urban planning, and construction to develop blueprints, 3D modeling, and manage real estate projects. Key Highlights: 1. Development of architectural and real estate project blueprints and 3D modeling 2. Project management and compliance with urban and legal regulations 3. Effective communication and commercial vision in the real estate sector Required Profile: * Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Architecture preferred. * Courses in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Sustainability, or Project Management (preferred). * Experience in architectural design, urban planning, or construction (preferred). * Knowledge of the real estate market, urban regulations, and licensing procedures. * Proficiency in current legal regulations (preferred). * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and rendering programs (preferred). * Knowledge of zoning regulations, land-use policies, building permits, etc. * Commercial vision. * Effective communication with clients, developers, and authorities. * Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: * Development of subdivision, construction, and detail drawings. * Development of 3D modeling and rendering (views and walkthroughs) for projects. * Drawings for Urban Development Approval / Cadastral Search. * Occasional travel to project sites. * Budget and construction schedule updates. * Modifications to model homes for condominiums.
