Job Summary: We are seeking an ATC Call Center Advisor to resolve, guide, and deliver a memorable customer service experience by efficiently and solution-orientedly managing post-sales inquiries, incidents, and complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answer calls and manage post-sales inquiries, incidents, and complaints. 2. Coordinate with stores to ensure timely customer response. 3. Participate in quality audits to continuously improve service. At **AIMO**, we connect customers with their favorite restaurants. We are looking for a **Full-Time ATC Call Center Advisor**, the first point of contact to resolve, guide, and deliver a memorable customer service experience. **What will you do in this role?** * Answer user calls via the assigned channel. * Manage post-sales inquiries, incidents, and complaints efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach. * Coordinate with stores via WhatsApp groups to ensure timely customer response. * Accurately record each interaction in internal systems. * Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution. * Participate in quality audits to continuously improve service. * Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers, customer service, and/or sales. * Effective communication, active listening, and customer orientation. * Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions within established timeframes. * Accurate recording of each interaction in the system. * Proficiency with digital tools: registration platforms, web navigation, and communication tools. * Basic Excel skills. * Availability to work full-time on a rotating schedule (see details under Work Mode). **Mandatory equipment for hybrid work** * Laptop or PC (minimum Intel Core i3 / 8 GB RAM). * Stable wired Ethernet internet connection. * Functional headphones with microphone. **Work Mode and Schedule** * **Hybrid** – 6 days per week (Monday to Sunday), with 1 rotating day off between Monday and Thursday. * **Rotating schedule** within the time frame of 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Monday to Friday: 6-hour daily shifts. * Saturday and Sunday: 9- to 10-hour shifts. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Fixed monthly salary of **S/ 1,400**. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities within AIMO.
