Job Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for credit disbursement, renewal control, protocol adherence, and loan recovery, ensuring high-quality service to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities:* Achieve monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, Master). * Maintain strict control over renewals for the current month as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. * Recover loans while maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring PAR \>30 days remains below 3\.0% per end-of-month portfolio report. * Monitor compliance with protocols at each stage of the credit lifecycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly). * Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of arrears, ensuring repayment through the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each customer. * Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
