Job Summary: Grupo Norte is seeking a Real Estate Sales Advisor to advise leads, close sales, and coordinate site visits for the Cieneguilla Country Club project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and contact leads regarding real estate projects 2. Coordinate site visits and provide project information 3. Prepare quotations and register customers in the system **Real Estate Sales Advisor – Cieneguilla Country Club Project** Grupo Norte, a real estate company developing private clubs and condominiums, is looking to hire a **Sales Advisor** for the Cieneguilla project. **Responsibilities:** * Contact and advise assigned leads on real estate projects. * Conduct commercial follow-up until sale closure. * Coordinate site visits and provide project information. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Register and update customer information in the system. * Achieve established sales targets. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (higher education preferred). * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance, financial products, automobiles, or other); training will be provided. * Real estate industry experience is preferred. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Conditions:** * Base salary: S/ 1,800 monthly + commissions (potential up to S/ 5,000 monthly). * Contract for commencement or increase of activity, 3 months. * Full-time schedule, hybrid mode (office Monday–Friday; field work in Cieneguilla on weekends and holidays). * Round-trip transportation and meals while on field duty. * Rotating weekday rest days (Tuesday–Friday). * Additional benefit: Access to the company’s recreational clubs for you and your family. **Work Location:** Office in La Victoria (Santa Catalina) / Field work in Cieneguilla.
