Job Objective Provide personalized advisory services to customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, identify their needs, and offer the most suitable option to achieve sales targets, ensure an excellent customer experience, and strengthen customer loyalty. Main Responsibilities * Promptly attend to customers visiting the sales showroom or making inquiries via digital channels. * Identify customer needs and advise them on selecting the most suitable vehicle. * Present vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Manage and follow up on prospects via phone calls, messages, emails, and CRM. * Coordinate test drives. * Advise on financing options, insurance, bonuses, and current promotions. * Coordinate with credit, insurance, PDI, and vehicle delivery departments to ensure an efficient sales process. * Prepare commercial files and collect necessary documentation for closing sales. * Meet monthly sales targets and company-established performance indicators. * Keep customer information updated in the CRM system. * Participate in commercial campaigns, fairs, activations, and company-organized events. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. RequirementsAcademic Qualifications * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in administration, marketing, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of sales experience * Preferred: Experience in vehicle sales * Sales and negotiation techniques * CRM proficiency * Valid A1 driver's license * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Work Location: On-site employment
