Los Héroes 534, San Juan de Miraflores *(next to Tai Loy)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Wednesdays off) **Compensation:** Formal employment contract + PEN 1200 + commissions Position ObjectiveProvide warm, personalized, and high-conversion service to walk-in customers. Conduct commercial diagnostics of optical needs, execute cross-sales, and continuously follow up with prospects via digital channels such as WhatsApp to maximize sales closure and appointment scheduling. Main Responsibilities **1\. Commercial Management and Follow-up via WhatsApp** * Perform **ongoing follow-up of prospects and customers via WhatsApp**, sending quotations, scheduling free appointments, and responding promptly to inquiries. * Mandatory registration of the **First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number** for every prospect entering the store or contacting via digital channels (regardless of whether they purchase at that time), to enrich the follow-up database. * Execute customer loyalty and reactivation campaigns via WhatsApp (e.g., free annual re-evaluations, birthday promotions, discounts for repeat customers, etc.). **2\. In-Store Customer Service and Sales** * Greet and invite patients to sit upon entering the store, identifying their "pain point" or visual need through close, professional interaction. * Advise on aesthetic selection of frames (acetate, metal, aviator style, etc.) and identify ideal lens types or treatments (anti-reflective, blue-light filter, photochromic, multifocal). * Apply the **Cross-Selling protocol**, offering additional treatments, secondary frames, or specialized products such as sports lenses. * Ensure that **no patient leaves the store without their quotation saved or sent to their WhatsApp**. Profile Requirements * **Work experience:** Minimum of **1 year**, verifiable, in the optical sector. * **Digital tool proficiency:** Fluent use of WhatsApp for commercial follow-up and familiarity with cloud-based sales platforms/systems. * **Sales skills:** Proactivity, goal orientation, persuasion ability, and objection handling. * **Technical competencies:** Knowledge of lens types, materials, optical treatments, and interpretation of refractive prescriptions.
