Position Summary: GRS MOTORS is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant for an automotive workshop focused on vehicle maintenance and repair, requiring accounting and administrative experience. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory control and management, and electronic invoicing. 2. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and basic knowledge of CONCAR. 3. GRS MOTORS is hiring! **We are an automotive workshop specialized in vehicle maintenance and repair**, and we are looking to add the following role to our team: Administrative and Accounting Assistant **Location:** Comas – Trapiche Candidate Profile We Seek: * Fast and accurate typing (**mandatory**). Workshop operations are dynamic, and we require an agile individual. * Basic knowledge of **CONCAR**. * Experience in **inventory control and management**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate or advanced level), including report and dashboard creation. * Experience in performing: * Electronic invoicing. * Receipts for Professional Services (RXH). * Credit and debit notes. * Tax withholdings (Detracciones). * Application of current SUNAT regulations. * Organized, responsible, proactive individual capable of working under a consistent workload. * Immediate availability.
