Job Summary: We are seeking a retail salesperson for Peruvian Colors with experience in screen printing or textile inks to advise customers, promote sales, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for growth and career progression Peruvian Colors is looking for a retail salesperson who meets and agrees with the following: Requirements: * Practical experience in screen printing or knowledge of textile and solvent-based screen printing inks. * Experience in customer service, retail sales, or marketing of screen printing products. * Ability to clearly explain and recommend products based on customer needs. * Basic proficiency in billing systems and POS, or willingness to learn. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work onsite at our San Juan de Lurigancho store. Technical or university studies in Screen Printing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related fields will be valued. This requirement is not mandatory. Main Responsibilities: * Attend to and advise customers visiting the store. * Recommend inks and supplies according to printing type, substrate, and application. * Promote sales of textile inks, plastisols, water-based inks, solvent-based inks, and complementary products. * Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and collect payments for sales. * Prepare and dispatch customer orders. * Monitor store inventory and coordinate timely restocking. * Follow up with customers and contribute to achieving sales targets. * Collect customer inquiries and feedback to help improve our products and service. * Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and properly presented store. Required Competencies: * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Communication and commercial skills. * Practical knowledge of the screen printing process. * Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Organization and attention to detail. * Initiative to resolve inquiries and problems. * Focus on achieving sales objectives.
