Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in the Chart of Accounts to record and process invoices, analyze advances and reimbursements, and perform bank reconciliations. Performing bank reconciliations and archiving documents On behalf of our client, Salus Laboris, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant for their office in San Borja. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * 3 years of experience in the position. * Solid experience and knowledge of the Chart of Accounts. * Intermediate to advanced level Excel proficiency **Competencies** * Planning * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity **Responsibilities** * Accrues, records, and processes purchase invoices and professional fee receipts within payment processes * Analyzes advances and reimbursements * Verifies that invoices and professional fee receipts comply with the company's established expense classification * Controls duplicate payments (invoices and professional fee receipts paid in cash) * Records SCTR * Accrues, records, and processes monthly AFP payments (reviews AFP payments prior to expense execution) * Accrues, records, and processes rental payments * Accrues, records, and processes invoices related to transactions with non-residents * Records insurance policies by profit center and cost center 10. Records and processes reimbursements and advances * Controls recoverable expenses * Records taxes paid in the accounting system * Performs bank reconciliations * Organizes and archives accounting documents * Prepares the SIRE Purchase Register and PLAME HR Report **Benefits** * Statutory benefits included in full payroll. * Performance bonus Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
