Job Summary: Holsalud is seeking a Quality Assistant to strengthen its Quality Management System and improve clinical processes. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening of the Quality Management System 2. Opportunity for professional development **Holsalud** is looking for a **Quality Assistant** to join our Operations team, contributing to the strengthening of our Quality Management System and the continuous improvement of our clinical processes. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise, control, and document quality protocols. * Manage and control documentation of the Quality Management System. * Supervise reports from clinical departments. * Manage the control of biohazardous waste. * Develop work plans focused on continuous improvement and user satisfaction. * Handle user complaints and suggestions. * Participate in root cause analysis and improvement proposals. * Coordinate and participate in internal audits. * Support the delivery of quality and safety training. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual quality reports. * Participate in institutional certification and accreditation projects. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or professional in Administration or related fields. * 6 months to 3 years of experience in related roles. * Experience in clinics, medical centers, or hospitals is preferred. * Knowledge of biomedical equipment handling is preferred. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic English proficiency is preferred.
