




Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to manage portfolio recovery, follow up on payments, and coordinate with delinquent customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive collections and assigned portfolio. 2. Direct interaction with customers for payment management. 3. Support in various activities inherent to the position. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency. Mandatory. * Availability to work in MOYOBAMBA Responsibilities: * Generate preventive collections. * Track and reconcile payments for the assigned portfolio. * Communicate and notify payments to departments involved in collections. * Make calls to delinquent customers according to days overdue, coordinated with supervisor. * Prepare and update spreadsheets, pre-settlements, and collection tracking reports. * Verify information entered into internal systems and payment channels. * Conduct administrative collections by contacting customers via phone calls, letters, and emails. * Review delinquent customers, generate data on unapplied receipts, and upload such information to shared files. * Support other company activities and perform other duties assigned by supervisor relevant to the position.
