If you’re meticulous and want to ensure every cake reaches our customers perfectly, this is your opportunity! **Your main challenge:** Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards across our production and dispatch processes. **What we’re looking for in you:** · **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. · **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory):** o Strong command of **GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practices). o Proficiency in **General Hygiene Principles**. o Implementation and monitoring of **SSOPs** (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures). · **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (professional internships in the food sector are considered). · **Skills:** High sense of responsibility, strong observational ability, and teamwork skills. **Your Responsibilities:** · Supervise compliance with hygiene standards for personnel and facilities. · Monitor and record quality controls on the production line. · Verify proper execution of cleaning and disinfection plans (SSOPs). · Support GMP training for operational staff. · Report incidents and propose process improvements. **What we offer:** .
